I graduated journalism and cultural studies and currently I am the deputy editor for the “Food Service” magazine and a part time sommelier. I regularly write for the SMAK,, Czas Wina, Slow Life&Garden. I write about restaurants, food, interesting gastronomic events, wine, hospitality people and places. Since 2014 I cover the wine section in the “Food Service”. I attended and covered international food and wine events such as Madrid Fusion 2014-2015, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Obsession Food&Wine Festival. Did many study tours across the Europe.

In January 2015 I passed the Advanced Certificate in Wine and Spirit with Wine and Spirit Education Trust and currently gearing up for WSET Diploma. I worked in restaurants as a waitress, sommelier but also as PR expert and event organizer in Poland, Belgium, Iceland and UK. I also worked in the vineyard and winery at Chateau Castigno in Languedoc. Between 2012-2016 I runned a gastronomic blog

I am addicted to being in restaurant environment whether as a guest or working the floor as a member of staff. When I write about restaurants I focus on food, wine and service but I know that a gastronomic experience is influenced by many factors such as culture, childhood, memories, genetics and many others. It is very personal and it is true that some restaurants tick our boxes and some do not. Success of a place it is not a matter of luck or good localization.
