Journalist with a degree in cultural studies. Freelance food & wine journalist and has reported on a range of international culinary events, from Madrid Fusión to Obsession and the World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards ceremony. She has interviewed dozens of top chefs and restaurateurs from across the globe, and has also worked in a number of roles, from waiter and sommelier to communications and marketing specialist, in Poland and abroad. She gained her experience in the hospitality industry at the Château Castigno winery in France, at Northcote in the United Kingdom (one Michelin star), and at El Celler de Can Roca in Spain (three Michelin stars).
In January 2015 passed the Advanced Certificate in Wine and Spirit with Wine and Spirit Education Trust and in 2019 Introductory Certification in Court of Master Sommeliers. Worked in restaurants as a waitress, sommelier but also as PR expert and event organizer in Poland, Belgium, Iceland and UK, also worked in the vineyard and winery at Chateau Castigno in Languedoc, at Northcote in the United Kingdom (one Michelin star), and at El Celler de Can Roca in Spain (three Michelin stars). 2014-2019 deputy-editor-in-chief of „Food Service” magazine (still covers wine section there), one of the best trade magazines in Poland dedicated for the HoReCa trade. Between 2012-2016 runned a gastronomic blog Smaklick.com. Co-author award-winning book „On hospitality” which wrote together with Adam Pawlowski MS. For regular basis advisor, coach, trainer for HoReCa trade. Working on her second book which will be published in 2020.
